Roll of Honour

NFCC Roll of Honour

Since the Norwegian Forest Cat achieved full Championship status within the GCCF in June 1997, a great many outstanding NFCs have gone on to earn the breed’s highest honours. This Roll of Honour celebrates those achievements, records the first Titled cats of the breed, and lists every cat that has won Best in Show at an NFCC Club Show.

The roll is organised into five sections, covering the breed’s highest GCCF titles, our own Club Show winners, and the very first Titled NFCs in the UK. Please use the links below to browse each section.

Olympian Titled Cats in the UK

The Olympian title is the highest distinction a GCCF cat can earn, awarded for exceptional success in the show ring over an extended period. This section records every Norwegian Forest Cat in the UK to have achieved Olympian status.

UK & Imperial Grand Titled Cats

UK Grand and Imperial Grand titles sit at the top tier of the GCCF’s titled cats. This section lists every NFC in the UK to have earned one of these major titles.

Grand Titled Cats in the UK

Grand titles recognise consistent, high-level success at GCCF Championship shows. This section records all NFCs in the UK who have achieved Grand Champion, Grand Premier, or Grand Neuter status.

Best in Show — NFCC Club Shows

Every cat that has taken Best in Show at an NFCC Club Show since the breed’s championship debut, year by year.

The First Titled NFCs in the UK

A historic record of the very first Norwegian Forest Cats in Britain to earn each of the major GCCF titles — the pioneers who led the breed from imported rarity to established Championship breed.
